In Paris, Fouquet’s has been the place to be for 125 years. French film stars toast there after the César Awards, presidents have celebrated election night under its red awnings, and Parisians still linger over one last glass on the Champs-Élysées.

It never left Paris… until now.

Fouquet’s New York is its very first home outside France, and I’m a little obsessed.

Burgundy velvet, gilded chandeliers, a marble bar that glows by candlelight, and a garden terrace where Manhattan simply disappears.

My favorite moment? A glass of ch*****ne at the marble bar before dinner, when the whole room turns golden and you’d swear you were in Paris 🗼
