Eight years ago, we had a vision. And little by little, that vision unfolded right in front of our eyes.

Today, we’re simply filled with gratitude.

To every community partner who has shared their gifts and talents with us, every client who trusted us to create something meaningful, and every family member and friend who has been rooting for us since day one — thank you.

From creating spaces for wellness professionals to grow their businesses, to designing thoughtful and experiential wellness activations for groups and events across the country, we are incredibly proud of what we’ve built — and what we’ve been able to sustain.

Eight years of learning. Evolving. Creating. Partnering. Taking chances. And continuing to believe in the vision.

There is still so much ahead, but today, we’re taking a moment to honor how far we’ve come.

🌺 We had the honor of partnering with Marriott Luxury Group alongside our incredible floral partner, SIP ‘N BLOOM , to bring this interactive Floral Bouquet Bar to life.

🌼 Guests were invited to wander through a curated collection of fresh blooms, hand-select their favorite stems, and design a bouquet that reflected their own style and creativity. It was more than a floral bar—it became a moment of mindfulness, conversation, and connection in the middle of a busy event.

🌸 Experiences like these remind us that the smallest moments often leave the biggest impression.

There’s something really special about getting to do what you love in communities across the country.

This week, we had the opportunity to partner with Smoothie King in New Orleans, leading morning wellness sessions during their convention. It was such a fun way to help attendees start their day feeling energized, connected, and ready for everything ahead.

One of the things we’re most proud of at TRILUNA is our ability to partner with incredible local wellness professionals—like C.E.O. Robin G. Parson —who help us bring these experiences to life. Our goal has never been to simply “show up” in a destination. It’s to invest in it. By collaborating with talented local instructors, we’re able to pour back into the very communities that welcome us.

Building a nationwide wellness community has truly been one of the greatest gifts and honors of this journey. Every event, every city, and every partnership reminds us that wellness is most powerful when it’s shared.

One of our most requested activation bars is officially making its way across the country. 🌺🌶️🧂🫑🍌🍍

Our Caribbean Spice Bar, created in partnership with Marriott Bonvoy, continues to bring people together through culture, creativity, and connection—one custom spice blend at a time.

Guests have the opportunity to create their own signature Caribbean-inspired spice rub while learning about the ingredients, flavors, and traditions behind each blend. This particular recipe was thoughtfully curated by one of our favorite local culinary partners, Cleveland Shearls of The Lost Spoon The Lost Spoon | Personal Chef Services & Catering . Thank you for sharing your talent and helping bring this experience to life.

🤝 The activations generating the most engagement right now are the ones that allow attendees to create, customize, and connect.

🫖🫧🍃 Whether it’s blending a signature tea, creating an essential oil roller, or crafting a bath salt soak, the experience becomes the takeaway.

The best swag is something they made themselves.

Seven years ago, TRILUNA hosted our very first Floral Bouquet Bar. 🌿💐

What started as a simple, intentional gathering — a guided garden meditation paired with seasonal florals alongside our partners at Gardens of Babylon — became one of the earliest reflections of what we believed wellness could look like: community, creativity, mindfulness, and connection all woven together.

We invited guests to build bouquets inspired by the season they were personally walking through — choosing blooms that reflected emotion, growth, softness, transition, joy, or renewal.

Now, seven years later, that same idea has traveled far beyond Nashville.

Today, TRILUNA Floral Bouquet Bars are one of our signature activations, created alongside incredible local floral and wellness partners in cities across the country. One of the greatest gifts of this work has been the ability to collaborate with and pour into local creative communities everywhere we go.

Looking back at these photos feels incredibly full circle. 🌸

A reminder that sometimes the smallest intentional ideas quietly grow into something much bigger than you ever imagined.

I (ABJ) have avoided cold plunges for YEARS. 😏

Which is funny because being in wellness, I’ve been invited to try them over and over again. Free experiences, luxury spas, wellness clubs… all of it.

And every single time? Absolutely not.

Me and cold temperatures have never been friends.

The only cold plunge I had ever done before this was at a bathhouse in Barcelona because… when in Barcelona, you do the things. ✨

But I knew if I was ever going to truly experience a cold plunge for the first time, it had to be somewhere meaningful.

Lake Tahoe.

Snow-covered mountains.Fresh alpine air.Water sitting around 50 degrees.Completely exhilarating. 🌊🏔️

The funniest part?I was the one who added it to the retreat schedule.

Then as the moment got closer, me AND some of the attendees started quietly reconsidering our life choices. 😂 Maybe just a toe.Maybe ankle deep.Maybe we cheer everyone else on from the shore.

But after our Saturday morning yoga session, something shifted.

Everybody was ready.

We held hands.Did a countdown.And just went for it.

And honestly? I knew the only way I could do it was to fully dive in. No easing into it. No overthinking.

The second I came up from that water… I understood.

I felt alive.Clear.Present.Awake.

But more than anything, I felt cleansed.

Like something heavy got left in that lake.

It’s hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it yourself, but I still think about that moment. The shock. The laughter. The release. The feeling of all of us doing something hard together.

And somehow leaving lighter because of it. ✨

One thing about TRILUNA Retreats… we’re always looking for intentional ways to help people connect beyond surface-level conversation.

Our TRILUNA Hat Bar ended up being the perfect welcome night activity.

At first glance, it looked like a fun custom trucker hat station — patches, colors, creativity, mountain vibes. But what made it special was what happened around the table.

People started sharing why they chose certain words, symbols, cities, colors, and phrases.
Stories started flowing.
Laughter got louder.
Walls came down.

It became more than a hat.
It became personality, self-expression, conversation, and community.

Some people designed bold statement pieces.
Some kept it simple and intentional.
Some changed their minds three times 😂

And honestly? That’s the beauty of experiences like this.

When you give people space to create, they naturally begin to open up.

The best retreat moments are rarely rushed.
They’re the slow moments around the table that turn strangers into community. 🏔️✨

It shapes the entire experience.

Our welcome dinners are one of the most meaningful parts of every TRILUNA Retreat because it’s where the walls begin to come down. It’s where strangers become community.

Each guest is invited to share a little about themselves — who they are, what brought them here, what they’re carrying, and what they hope to receive from this experience.

No pressure.No perfection.Just presence.

Thoughtfully crafted tables, nourishing food, mountain air, candlelight, intentional conversation, and space to simply exhale.

Because wellness isn’t only movement classes or meditation sessions.

Sometimes wellness looks like feeling safe enough to be seen at the table. 🏔️☀️
