MKFD 5K Run

09/20/2026

Another successful year is in the books! While the weather did not work in our favor, everyone involved truly made the best of the day.
We extend our sincere thanks to all of today’s participants for powering through the rain and making this event such a success. A special thank you goes to our dedicated Fire Department members, the Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps, the Westchester County Police, and the Westchester County Sheriff's Office for braving the elements to ensure everyone’s safety. Thank you to the Village of Mount Kisco and the DPW for their assistance. Thank you to our 5k committee for putting in countless hours of work over the past couple months.
We are also deeply grateful to all of our sponsors whose generous funding made this event possible. We encourage our community to support these local businesses, as their contributions are invaluable to our success.
Thank you again, and we look forward to seeing you next year!

Please check the Second Wind Timing website for your times, thank you Scott and Michael for your efforts. Also, check out Jack McCoy photography for race photos.
The 5K is a labor of love that we inherited from KT and her team. We love the opportunity to continue this tradition. Once again, “It’s her race, we just run it!”

Most sincerely yours,
