Till Death Do We Plan. ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ–ค

Halloween setups are coming, and this is your reminder that outdoor installations are a completely different ballgame.

Last year, we created a large-scale Halloween installation in our own front yard that held up through 30+ mph winds. That doesnโ€™t happen by accident.

Florida heat. Wind. Humidity. Sudden storms. Large-scale structures. Outdoor rigging. All of it matters.

Anyone can make something look pretty for a photo. The real test is whether it was designed, built, weighted and installed appropriately for the environment itโ€™s going into.

We completely understand that every event has a different budget. There are lower-priced vendors, discounts, DIY optionsโ€”and sometimes those options make perfect sense.

But when youโ€™re comparing balloon quotes, remember: youโ€™re not just comparing balloons.

Professional balloon dรฉcor comes down to training, experience, technique and quality materials.

Thereโ€™s a difference between filling a space with balloons and professionally designing an installation.

Balloon size and proportion matter.
Color placement matters.
Organic flow matters.
Rigging and safety matter.
Quality materials matter.

As an event designer, I actually want you to ask questions. Ask me what youโ€™re paying for. Ask about materials. Ask about sizing. Ask whatโ€™s included. Ask why one option costs more than another. Ask whether we can adjust something to fit your budget.

You should feel comfortable and confident before you book.

A good vendor isnโ€™t going to make you feel embarrassed for askingโ€”theyโ€™re going to educate you, explain your options, and help you make the best decision for your event.

At Top Tier Events, we want you to understand what youโ€™re investing in and feel GOOD about it.
