What makes Top Tier Events competitive is the combination of creative experience, a broad inventory, and a team that handles the details from design through cleanup.

What sets us apart

• One vendor, one contact. Balloons, florals, backdrops, custom props, draping, lighting, photo experiences, and inflatable nightclubs can be coordinated through one team.

• Nearly three decades of creative experience. Jen’s background began in fresh floral design 26 years ago and grew into event styling and production.

• Designs tailored to the event. We consider the space, colors, theme, guest experience, and budget to create a cohesive look.

• More than décor rentals. We provide design, delivery, installation, styling, and breakdown, giving clients support throughout the process.

• Our own extensive inventory. A wide selection of backdrops, specialty rentals, and décor gives clients more options and simplifies coordination.

• Experience with complex installations. Our work includes ceiling décor, large balloon installations, immersive themed environments, and events with multiple decorated areas.

Our credibility

• A portfolio that includes work for clients and venues such as Disney, Sony, Make-A-Wish, Waldorf Astoria, and Montverde Academy.

• Experience across corporate events, school celebrations, milestone birthdays, weddings, proposals, and nonprofit galas.

• Proven capacity for large projects, including a Make-A-Wish gala installation featuring approximately 8,000 balloons and 20 LED clouds.

• A family-owned business backed by Raising the Barr Inc., established in 2018, with Top Tier Events launched in 2022.

Our credentials and professional standards

• $2 million in liability insurance, with certificates of insurance available for venues.

• Professional balloon education, including Sempertex training and instruction with Certified Balloon Professional Chris Adamo.

• Continued investment in education covering balloon design, backdrops, and business operations.

• Professional installation equipment, including heavy-duty pipe and drape, ladders, steaming equipment, and specialized mounting systems.

• Clear contracts, payment schedules, installation policies, and venue coordination.

Our value comes from bringing the design, materials, equipment, labor, and experience together so clients can enjoy an event that feels thoughtfully planned and professionally executed.
