We look forward to seeing all the runners on April 18th. I wish I could say it’ll be perfect weather, but this is Kansas. You never know what to really expect.

FlatRock 101 is a month away, 2nd leg in the Triple Crown. If you ran the 25K at WinterRock, sign up for the 101K to keep you eligible for the Triple Crown.

If you ran the 25K at WinterRock, you have already completed the first leg of the Triple Crown. Are you worried what the rest of the course will be like? Let me ease your mind, you have already completed the most technical part of the course. Now come see what the rest of the trail has to offer.

Even if you are not interested in completing the Triple Crown, just come experience the trail. You will not be disappointed. We have several distances to choose from.
