FlatRock 50K registration is now live for September 26, 2026.
That means Triple Crown is available for 2026. If you signup for the Triple Crown, which is the max distance of each race, between now and end of day Thanksgiving you will receive 25% off.
Discount code will be provided when you reach out to the race director.
Have you already signed up for one or two of the races? No worries, reach out. We will get you taken care of.

Triple Crown awards for 2026 will be similar to the award from 2025.

Not running this weekend, but you still want to join the fun?
Come volunteer with us. We have 4-5 hour time slots calling your name.
Come cheer on the runners and send them on their way with filled water bottles and food in their hands.
You also earn credit towards a future FlatRock race.
Plus, I’ve heard calories consumed while volunteering at an aid station don’t count.

We spent yesterday and today doing more trail clean up and marking. There were several water crossings, but nothing deeper than mid-calf. Most of the crossings have rocks or tree logs to use for crossing. Keep in mind there were storms yesterday. Most of this may be dried up in a weeks time. The tree mentioned a month ago has been cut into pieces, so you will not need to worry about crawling through that.

Shirt orders going in first thing in the morning. If you want to be guaranteed a shirt, signup before midnight.

Don’t want to run, but like to volunteer, signup to volunteer. A shirt will be provided for your volunteer work as well.

Possibly posting medal pics as soon as I get to the house. Something else to look forward to.
