We’re proud to collaborate with Clovis Community College, an institution with incredible professors, dedicated educators, and outstanding programs that create meaningful opportunities for the next generation.

We’re especially grateful to have been selected to provide catering for the STEM Exploration & Summer Bridge Program, which gives rising 11th and 12th graders from the area for a hands-on introduction to campus STEM opportunities.

What an honor to serve some of the brightest young minds in our community! It’s always rewarding to be part of programs that encourage curiosity, learning, and future possibilities.

We were honored to cater this year's scholarship celebration — serving over 550 scholars, their families, faculty, and community leaders as they were recognized for continuing their higher education journey. 🎓 Clovis Community College

This year, we brought a Korean-inspired menu to the table:

🥒 Korean Cucumber Salad — English cucumber, rice vinegar, sesame oil, gochugaru, agave, green onion, toasted sesame seeds
🍜 Japchae Noodles — Korean glass noodles tossed with stir-fried veggies in a soy-mirin-sesame dressing
🍗 Korean BBQ Chicken — Thighs marinated overnight in soy, Asian pear, garlic, ginger & brown sugar, grilled and sliced to order

It was truly an honor to cater your parents’ 60th anniversary 🤍 Thank you for allowing us to be part of this beautiful Hmong family tradition — the baci hand-tying ceremony — celebrating their love and commitment.

We put extra care into honoring your Mom’s low-sodium needs without compromising the flavor and integrity of each dish. Hearing that the whole family loved the food means everything to us.

A heartfelt thank-you also goes out to our volunteers, who helped serve 400 guests at the buffet — your support let the family put more of their budget toward the food and décor.
