Kogaracon Kogaracon is a family friendly anime convention hosted in New Jersey. We offer free parking! Kogaracon is a family friendly anime convention held every spring.

Previously held at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Kogaracon now has its head of operations at Middlesex College in Edison. Our staff is comprised of volunteers who dedicate their free time to keep Kogaracon running smoothly. Ever since our very first convention in 2014, we have been striving to bring our local community together for a convention that celebrates artists, musicians, cosplayers, and photographers. Anime and manga fans alike, everyone is welcome to join in on the fun! All of us here on staff want to bring you an amazing convention experience each and every year. We are dedicated to supporting our local community and strive to provide a welcoming environment for anyone and everyone who would like to join in our festivities. And that’s a wrap 🎥 to Kogaracon 2026!

We are forever grateful to the community we created here in Central Jersey filled with Anime, pop culture, gaming, and thank you for showing up and supporting every year.

We truly try each year to make it better than the last.

Thank you to our staff, Middlesex College Staff, Guests of Honor, food vendors, vendors, industry/musical guests 🎶, and sponsors! Our event ran smoothly because of your help and we couldn’t have done it without you!
