Here is your simple homemade ice cream recipe made with heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract:
Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk — 14 oz
1–2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Optional: chopped fresh strawberries, peaches, cookies, chocolate chips, or caramel
Instructions:
Pour the heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl. Whip it until it becomes thick and fluffy, like soft whipped cream.
In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the vanilla extract.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Do not stir too hard, because you want to keep it light and creamy.
Add your fresh strawberries or any toppings you like, then gently fold them in.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover it tightly with a lid or plastic wrap.
Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until firm.
When ready to serve, let it sit out for about 5 minutes so it scoops easier.

Today at House of Love Hospitality, I made homemade ice cream for the very first time using heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. I followed the instructions carefully, and then I decided to add my own special touch by cutting fresh strawberries very fine and blending them into this beautiful homemade creation.
This is my first time making it, and I’m excited to share the video so you all can see how everything came together. Made with love, patience, and a blessing from the House of Love Hospitality kitchen. 🙏🏽✨
