The most common objection we hear about letting guests register their own visitor passes: "Residents will just use it to park a second car forever."
Fair. That is exactly what happens when a visitor system is only a form.
So Parking Permits of America was built with the limits baked in. Per day, per unit, how many can be active at once, and how long a pass lasts. Duplicate detection catches the same plate cycling back through under a different name. And frequent visitor patterns surface the guest who is clearly not a guest.
Guests get a QR code and roughly ten seconds. The office gets its evenings back.
What is your current visitor limit, and does anyone enforce it?
