With a spacious open floor plan, richly textured concrete walls and high ceilings with exposed steel roof trusses, Garage B at the Speedway is the premiere event rental facility serving all of Greater Boston from its easily accessible Soldier’s Field Road location. Garage B is ideal for up to 240 people standing, 160 seated, and provides a beautiful blank slate for weddings, family parties, corporate events, and community meetings. ❤️ Leah and Adam brought their sweet and playful love all the way from Los Angeles to after discovering our modern-industrial through their photographer. Working with a cohesive group of our vendor partners and our supportive management team, they were able to personalize an intimate and fun celebration that included an indoor-outdoor ceremony, bright and bold floral arrangements, an authentic paella dining experience, and an energetic reception complete with disco balls and a live band. ⚪ The Annex is 's flexible small-scale venue that features original 19th-century design and convenient modern amenities. Recently, this inviting and charming space welcomed three events within just 24 hours, each with its own unique uses and partnerships with The Charles River Speedway.

After both a company meeting and a comedy show on the day prior, the Annex hosted its first wedding reception! Nick and Liam were married in a ceremony along the Charles River then celebrated with a cheerful and tranquil get-together suited to their microwedding goals. Preferred caterer La Bonne Maison utilized the adjacent kitchenette to prepare an array of light bites, and The Koji Club set up a bar that served delicious sake for 25 guests. The happy couple decorated the light and airy space with bud vases and synced their own music to the in-house speakers to create a lovely, personalized atmosphere.

The Annex is an affordable, versatile microvenue for all manner of intimate private events and smaller public gatherings. Inquire with us today to see it for yourself!

In the evening after the Annex hosted an off-premise corporate meeting, Divine Comedy Shows was able to bring in audio equipment and quickly rearrange furniture to turn over the relaxed and cozy room into another sold-out showcase of stand-up performances. Guests were able to purchase beers from Notch Brewing only a few steps away and enjoy them alongside all the laughs throughout the evening.

✌️ This first birthday party *definitely* brought main-stage energy to ! Custom-built installations, boho-chic lounge areas, retro photo booths, vibrant floral arrangements, groovy gobo lighting, and so much more transformed our large, flexible venue into a trendy festival-themed experience.
