As the sun starts to settle over April Hill Ranch, this space takes on a whole different kind of charm, the kind that makes you picture long tables, music playing, people you love gathered together, and an evening you don’t want to end.

Our barn is available for private parties, celebrations, showers, reunions, corporate gatherings, intimate weddings + special events of all kinds, with the beauty of the ranch surrounding you from every direction.

Carolyn has poured years of faith, hard work, hospitality, and care into this place, into the animals, the meals shared around the table, the families who come to stay, and every little detail that makes April Hill Ranch feel like more than just a ranch.

She’s also one of the most selfless people you’ll ever meet, the kind of person who radiates kindness + joy, keeps everyone laughing, and somehow makes you feel cared for without ever making a big deal of it. And if you already know Carolyn, then you already know exactly what a blessing she is.

What you see here today was built slowly, intentionally, and with a whole lot of trust in the Lord through every season. Her heart is woven into this place, and we think that’s a big part of why April Hill has become such a blessing to so many people who step foot onto this property.

We’re grateful for the woman behind it all, the one who keeps dreaming, serving, tending, laughing, and always finding room for one more person at the table. 🌾💙

Carolyn is opening up the ranch for a hands-on elderberry workshop where we’ll slow down, make it together, and talk through the why behind what’s going into it.

You’ll head home with an entire quart of fresh elderberry syrup and, even better, the confidence to make it yourself again when you need it most during cold + flu season.

Carolyn will also be sharing about different tinctures, what they’re commonly used for, and how they can fit into a more intentional, whole-body approach to wellness.
