BELCHER FALL FESTIVAL – EVENT TIMELINE

We’ve got a full evening of family fun, live entertainment, activities, and fall festivities planned! Here’s the schedule so you can plan your evening and make sure you don’t miss your favorites!

FESTIVAL ACTIVITIES

4:00 PM – Festival officially opens! All vendor booths and pumpkin displays must be fully set up and ready.

4:00–8:00 PM – Live music with Jake Williams!

TRACTOR & HAY RIDES

Rides will take place every 30 minutes:

* 4:30 PM

* 7:30 PM – Last ride!

🎂 CAKE WALK

Cake walks will take place every 20 minutes:

Don’t forget to sign up ahead of time to reserve your spot! Each cake walk will have room for up to 10 participants.

COSTUME CONTEST

Following the dance performances!

Show off those creative costumes! We’ll have three age groups:

* Ages 5–8
* Ages 9+

Come dressed up and join the fun!

RAFFLE

7:30 PM – Raffle winners will be drawn! Stop by our booth to pick up your FREE raffle ticket. You don’t want to miss out!

FESTIVAL FINALE

8:00 PM – Festival concludes.

ATTENTION, VENDORS!

We are so excited to have you join us for the Belcher Fall Festival this Friday! We want to make setup as smooth as possible for everyone, so please review the following information before arriving.

Arrival & Unloading
The grass is dry, so you may pull your vehicles onto the grass to unload and set up your booths. Once you have finished unloading, please move your vehicle to the Methodist (church st) or Baptist Church (gray st) parking lot off Church Street so we can keep the festival grounds clear for setup and guests once festival starts

Setup Time
You may arrive as early as 10:00 a.m. We understand that some booths require more time to set up than others, so please plan accordingly. If special accommodations are needed please contact me.

Check-In & Booth Placement
Upon arrival, please check in with a member of the festival committee before setting up. We will direct you to your designated spot. Please set up in your assigned space.

A Few Reminders

• Please bring everything you need for your booth, including tables, chairs, tent weights, extension cords, and other supplies as needed.

• Please be considerate of neighboring vendors and keep shared walkways clear.

• If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to a festival committee member. We will help in anyway we can.

RAIN OR SHINE, THE BELCHER FALL FESTIVAL IS ON!

We’re keeping a close eye on the weather, but as of right now, the show must go on! We’re looking forward to a wonderful evening with our community and can’t wait to see everyone there!

Of course, everyone’s safety is always our top priority. If severe weather becomes a concern, we’ll carefully evaluate the conditions and explore our options to make the safest decision for everyone. You know the weather is always changing it’s mind.

For now, plan on joining us for a fun-filled evening of fall festivities, family fun, and community spirit!

THE FUN IS COMING TO THE BELCHER FALL FESTIVAL!

We have SO much fun planned for this year, and we can’t wait to spend the evening with our Belcher community! Here’s a little sneak peek at what you can look forward to!

THE CAKE WALK IS BACK!

One of last year’s crowd favorites is returning, with a little twist! This year, we’ll have sign-ups for each cake walk to help give everyone a fair opportunity to participate and hopefully take home one of our AMAZING homemade cakes! Each cake walk will be limited to 10 participants, so be sure to stop by early and get your name on the list!

Best of all, it’s still 100% FREE!

Stop by the Belcher Fall Festival booth to sign up! While you’re there, grab your raffle tickets and festival shirts. Trust us, you’re going to LOVE the raffle baskets we’ve put together this year!

FREE TRACTOR RIDES AROUND BELCHER!

A HUGE thank-you to Adam Caughern for making this possible! Tractor rides will take place every 30 minutes, beginning at 4:30 PM. No sign-ups needed — just hop on and enjoy the ride!

KIDS’ COSTUME CONTEST!

Dress up those kiddos and let them show off their Halloween spirit! We’ll have three different age categories, and no sign-up is required. Just come ready for some spooky-cute fun!

FREE FACE PAINTING!

VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE OFFICIALLY CLOSED!

Y’all, we are SO excited for this year’s Belcher Fall Festival! We’ve got a lineup we can’t wait for you to see!

Some of your FAVORITE vendors are returning!

And trust us… we think you’re going to be pretty excited about what’s coming!

CALLING ALL LOCAL TEACHERS!

We’re so excited to bring back our Pumpkin Display Contest at the Belcher Fall Festival on Friday, October 30th, and we’re adding something special this year!

This year, we’re offering a $150 CASH PRIZE for Best Overall Display!

In years past, we’ve been blessed to have participation from Herndon, North Caddo, Northwood, and Mooringsport, and we are so thankful to our local schools and teachers for helping make this festival such a special event for our community!

Our teachers pour so much time, creativity, and heart into our children and our community, and we wanted to find a fun way to give back to some of the people who deserve it most!

We would love to see our local teachers and schools get involved and show off their creativity with a festive pumpkin display for our community to enjoy!

Displays must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
All contest rules and guidelines will be included on the entry form.

FOOD VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: THREE DELICIOUS REASONS TO COME HUNGRY!

Y’all, we hope you’re hungry because the Belcher Fall Fest is bringing THREE exciting food vendors your taste buds won’t want to miss! From savory barbecue to comforting Southern favorites and creative bites, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

WELCOME BACK: Caddo Lake Que And Catering

You know them, you love them, and you know they bring the flavor! Curtis Carte, owner of Caddo Lake Que and Catering, is returning to the Fall Fest this year, serving up delicious fried fish and chicken that are sure to have you coming back for more! If you’ve tried them before, you already know the deal. If you haven’t, this is your chance! Be sure to stop by early because you won’t want to miss out. Their plates go quick!

NEW TO THE COMMUNITY: D&I General Store

You know the name D&I General Store, but have you met the new owner, Ryan Gillespie? We’re excited to welcome them to the Fall Fest with a mouthwatering lineup of food! They’ll be serving pulled pork, chopped beef, meat pies, and easy options for the kiddos, making it a delicious stop for the whole family.

And there’s even more to celebrate! D&I General is having its official grand opening on October 24! If you can’t make it to the grand opening, come meet Ryan and the team at the Fall Fest and show this local business some love!

FIRST TIME AT THE FALL FEST: Angelo's Deli

We’re excited to welcome another local food vendor to the festival! Zandy Hayes with Angelo’s Deli is bringing a lineup that sounds downright irresistible! Come hungry for delicious gumbo, Philly cheesecake pretzel sliders, and swamp dogs! Whether you’re craving something warm and comforting or looking to try something a little different, Angelo’s Deli is bringing some exciting flavors to the table.

Honestly, just putting this lineup together has us hungry already! So bring your appetite, bring the family, and come ready to enjoy some fantastic local food while supporting the businesses that make our community special.
