🥰 A week ago today we were together, in a dot on the map, in Connecticut. There's so much gratitude that emanates when we think of what Fan Fest has meant over the past 10 years. ⁠

It was the first, public, Gilmore Girls fan community to meet in person annually and the best (in our humble opinion!). If you were at the event, you saw our version of the gratitude arch, but this was the one referenced from the stage that inspired the idea. ⁠

I hope you hang on to your gratitudes as you move into the end of this year!⁠

Tremendous thanks to the town of Guilford for hosting us this year, the volunteers who give so much throughout the weekend and to all the attendees that trust us to curate a weekend of fandom, friendships and fun.⁠

We miss you already!

The chairs are up, the mums are traveling across the east coast, the barn is locked and Guilford is much quieter without you all here! Tremendous thanks for your trust in us to put this event together, again, this year.

📣 A big shout out to Guilford, CT for allowing us to spend time together in such a magical town the past 3 years! From Washington Depot to Kent, Lakeville to Unionville (Canada!), Ogunquit (Maine) to Guilford, we couldn't be more grateful for all the people and places that have said YES to Fan Fest!

In Omnia Paratus! ☂️ 🦍 And, onward...to the next adventure! We'll see you soon, somewhere you won't want to miss!

The husbands of Fan Fest photo from last year!

Someone thought to corral these guys last year for a photo & on the Monday of Fan Fest I'm reminded how much heavy lifting it takes to put this event together. Typically women get all the "thanks" here, but over the years these guys have emptied the trash, carried things, fixed things, picked up things, refilled things and made sure things were running smooth. A lot of things have been done by these guys and many other husbands who came to this event most likely just to spend time with their partners, but left with the title of "helper".

As Mister Rodgers would say, "Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping." We looked for you and you said "yes," so thank you! We're grateful for all the helpers, we couldn't do it without you!

There are too many to count, but thank you to all the men who have come to Fan Fest for a vacation but left as a "helper". We see you and we appreciate you!

A week from today we'll be packing up at the end of Fan Fest...but first we'll hold our annual end-of-the-weekend-raffle during the "Giveaways and Goodbyes"!

If you have a Gilmore treasure that you think belongs somewhere other than the fan-led swap meet, we'd be thrilled to give it away at the "giveaways" portion of our last event on Sunday!
