While she's no stranger to reinterpreting timeless songs, Barbara Nesbitt recently released her 5th album, Someday, Maybe Sooner. Her voice, guitar work and songwriting have placed her in the top 5 Best Female Singer, the top 3 Best Songwriter and top 3 guitar players in the Austin Music Awards and her album, Right As Rain, is in rotation on SiriusXM Radio. She co-founded the breakout band, The Whiskey Sisters (winner of Austin Music Awards Best New Band), to much buzz and acclaim, has sung background vocals for Willie Nelson and Bob Weir and has been a SXSW Official Showcasing Artist multiple times. She will be released her much awaited single, Red Flames, in July 22. Barbara Nesbitt is an Americana gem. Based in Austin she has lived her life on the road collecting triumphs and heartaches in every corner of the globe, crafting intimate, powerful songs with a voice that is at once plaintive and strong, warm and clear.

Her songs take you on a journey reflective of her life which will make you laugh, cry, think and feel.

She is also co-founder of the all female fronted Sister Golden Hair the band which is a cover band aimed at corporate and private events celebrating the harmony rich songs of the 60s and 70s. She enjoys shows which are geared toward storytelling and songwriting and also loves a show full of songs everybody knows all the words to and wants to dance and sing along. From solo to full band it’s going to be a night full of smiles.

Jenny Reynolds will be returning this year, hopefully with copies of her brand new record. Recorded at Cedar Creek Studio in Austin, TX - Produced by Mark Hallman.

“Willow & Stone” features 11 songs that dovetail nicely with Reynolds’ critically acclaimed 2020 release “Any Kind of Angel.”

Reynolds captivates audiences with a gift for turning everyday experiences into compelling musical narratives. A 1999 Boston Music Award nominee, Jenny Reynolds was an Official Showcase Artist at SXSW in 2008 and 2018.

Known for her expressive guitar work and emotionally resonant vocals, Reynolds’ style draws from folk, Americana, and rock traditions. Her storytelling remains distinctly personal—at times wry, at times vulnerable, always authentic.

Returning to the Other Voices lineup is the wonderfully talented Beth Chrisman! Roots songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Beth Chrisman has been a part of the Austin folk and roots scene for almost two decades. Joining the Other Voices show for the first time, Kelsi Creek is an Austin, TX–based indie-soul artist known for raw energy, powerful vocals, and deeply personal songwriting. A self-taught singer-songwriter, she blends rhythmic guitar with emotionally rich storytelling, exploring love, loss, social issues, and self-advocacy. She has performed at Baton Rouge Pride, Sofar Sounds, Pecan Street Festival, and multiple songwriter festivals, sharing stages with artists like G Flip and CeCe Pen*ston.

Beyond music, Kelsi is dedicated to community impact supporting local creatives, fostering animals, funding free toys for children at shows, and volunteering to support foster youth, bringing purpose and connection to every performance.

Another returning artist, Roxi Copland is a multi-award-winning singer, songwriter, pianist, and banjoist whose innovative sound is forged at the crossroads of Americana, roots, folk, and jazz. The Austin-based artist's latest release 'I Come From Crazy' was called "Refreshingly honest" by Americana UK, and lauded by Americana Highways: "Has a real sassy swagger running through it...very well worth the listen".

The record has garnered over a half-dozen songwriting accolades, and three of its songs took the top three slots at Texas Independent Radio shortly after its release (Roots Music Report's 'Top 50 Texas songs', July 2023). Copland has performed at over a thousand events across the US, Canada, and Europe. She is a 2026 recipient of both the Austin Live Music Fund Grant and the Terry Baucom Bluegrass Education Grant.
