Weekly Stage Combat Training!

Award-winning fight choreographer, Tobie Minor, leads weekly stage combat training for performers who want to build their physical skills, try something new, or simply get more time on the floor.

Session begins November 14th. Sign up for the full 6-week session, or drop-in to the classes that work for you!

No previous stage combat experience is needed. Each class works as a standalone session, so you can drop in for one or train regularly.

One actor, over 30 characters, in 60 minutes! Celebrate the holiday season with award-winning actress, storyteller, and author Bernadette Nason, as she reprises her acclaimed one-woman version of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. Using Dickens’ own abridged version, Nason vividly brings this holiday classic to life!

Austin Playhouse is thrilled to announce the cast for A SHERLOCK CAROL!
Brennan Patrick plays Sherlock Holmes as he attempts to solve a mystery involving Ebenezer Scrooge, played by Huck Huckaby. Joining them are Bailey Ellis, Bernadette Nason, Vivian Noble, and Ben Wolfe, who bring over 20 iconic characters to life!

Last night Austin Playhouse received 37 B. Iden Payne Award Nominations. All seven of our 2025-26 Season Productions were recognized. We're grateful to the B.
