The 2026 indoor market season concludes on the twenty first of November. Three Saturdays remain.

Our vendors bring produce, baked goods and handmade wares, and several of them sell nowhere else once the season closes. We would be glad to welcome you before it does.

Every Saturday from eight o'clock. The market returns in the spring.

Every rental includes exclusive use of the contracted space, basic setup and reset, an on-site venue representative for the duration, wireless internet throughout, and catering preparation access.

These sit within the rental rather than being added at the close. Catering and bar packages are priced separately, and we are happy to coordinate preferred-vendor services on your behalf.

Corporate half-day rentals are offered from $750 and full-day from $1,250. Boardroom and meeting spaces are available separately, from $125 per hour with a two-hour minimum, or $400 for a half-day.

Each includes wireless internet, standard setup, water service and basic audiovisual provision where available. After-hours and weekend bookings carry a twenty percent premium.

The building was completed in 1886 at the corner of Eighth and Reynolds, designed by Enoch William Brown in the Second Empire and Queen Anne styles.

Brokers recorded cotton prices upon the board inside each trading day. Between 400,000 and 500,000 bales moved through this room in an average year, and the trade continued here until 1964.

The board remains on the wall. Guests at private events stand in front of it.

The market proceeds regardless of the conditions outside, which is the advantage of holding it indoors.

You will find local growers, bakers and makers across the main hall, and the floor stays level and dry whatever the forecast. We would encourage you to come early if you want the best of the produce.

Our private event packages are offered as follows.

Weekday, Monday through Thursday, $900 for up to six hours. Friday or Sunday, $1,500 for up to eight hours. Saturday prime, $2,400 for up to ten hours.

We're keeping our growers, makers, small businesses and shoppers safe and dry this weekend. Thank you for understanding and for supporting local, rain or shine.

The building accommodates up to 150 guests in comfort.

Receptions, ceremonies, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. For the duration of your event, the space is contracted exclusively to you.
