Welcome to Veloboros at Phinizy Swamp, a brand-new gravel cycling experience coming to Augusta, Georgia on May 1, 2027.
What better place to experience the endless cycle than in an honest-to-goodness swamp?
There are alligators, wildlife, and plenty of questionable decisions to be made.
We’re not going to hold you to traditional race distances. Instead, you can see how many laps of the swamp you can complete.

⏰3-Hour Veloboros - Usual Gravel Roll Short Course
⏰5-Hour Veloboros - Usual Gravel Roll Intermediate Course
⏰7-Hour Veloboros - Usual Gravel Roll Long Course
Each lap is about 6.5 miles of 100% unpaved, traffic-free riding through Phinizy Swamp.
Ride as many laps as you can as a solo rider or put together a team of up to six riders to complete as many laps as possible in a relay fashion.
Whether you are trying to win the race or just trying to finish the event, there is a place for you in the swamp.
