We are seeking health professionals interested in being designated as part of a Medic team during Hoedown South.

The only commitment needed is a short orientation prior to the weekend where we will discuss emergency plans and willingness to step up and help direct health related situations in the event that one were to arise.

Sign up by completing the Medic Volunteer Form on our website (link in bio) and we will be in touch a few weeks before the event to communicate orientation details.

Note: This is not a role that will be counted toward volunteer hours

Happy Pride Month, y’all! Throughout the month of June, our regular event pricing will be in effect. But once we get down to the last 30 days, July 1st, our pricing will switch to our Bless Your Heart rate at $185 for pre- and at the door registrations! Howdy! We know it’s a lot of folks’ first convention, so we’re putting together some first timer’s guides to provide you will helpful tips and insight that we all wish we knew when we went to our first one!

Our second guide is about the dance floors: how many are there, what’s it like dancing on them, and what’s dance etiquette? Plus some tips for making it through a whole weekend of dancing without killing your feet!
