An important update from The Case Collective.

We have made the strategic decision to postpone The Case Conference, originally scheduled for October 1 to 4 in Atlanta. We are taking additional time to strengthen the experience, programming, partnerships, and opportunities we are creating for this community.

New dates and next steps will be shared by December 1.

To every attendee, speaker, partner, and ambassador: thank you for believing in this vision. We remain deeply committed to bringing this experience to life at the level this community deserves. 🤍

The panels at CASE are not built around impressive bios.

They are built around the questions that start showing up when your design talent is no longer the thing holding the business back.

How much should I actually be charging for this?

When does the next hire make financial sense?

What do I do when a contractor goes around me to the client?

How are other principals protecting their scope without damaging the relationship?

What needs to change if I want the firm to grow without everything continuing to run through me?

Those are the conversations we bring into the room.

And the people we select for these panels are not standing on stage talking about what worked ten years ago. They are working inside this industry now. Running firms. Managing projects. Building teams. Navigating the same shifts you are.

They will tell you what they changed.

What did not work.

What they stopped tolerating.

What became possible once the structure of the business finally caught up with the quality of the work.

Because sometimes the most valuable thing you can hear is not another framework.

It is another principal saying, “Here is exactly how I handled it.”

Meet , CASE Ambassador.

Erica McLain was on the panel at Case Conference 2025. She was teaching from the stage, and she still walked away saying it was one of the most informative conferences she had ever been to.
