📣 Jr. Fair Livestock Sale Check Pick-Up

The Buyer’s List is now available for exhibitors to write their Thank You cards! 💌

Please remember that you must write a Thank You to the buyer(s) AND everyone listed under the exhibitor’s name. Every buyer deserves a thank you for supporting our 4-H & FFA youth!

💰 Jr. Fair Livestock Sale Check Pick-Up
📅 September 10th | 6:00–7:30 PM

Please bring your addressed and stamped Thank You cards with you when you pick up your check.

If a parent or someone else will be picking up your check for you, you must have a signed permission note giving them permission to do so.

🍪 Bake Sale Thank You!
A HUGE thank you to everyone who purchased baked goods at this year’s bake sale! Your support helped raise an incredible $15,000, allowing us to give every 4-H & FFA member an additional $30 added to their premiums! ❤️

Bake sale checks will also be available for pick-up tomorrow, September 10th. If you are unable to pick up your check and someone else will be picking it up for you, you will still need to provide a signed permission note.

📝 It’s ONLY 4 questions and will only take a couple of minutes to complete.

Please take a moment to fill it out by Monday, August 31st at 11:30 PM.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable and will help us improve the Jr. Fair Livestock Sale for our buyers and exhibitors in the years to come.

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER — 2027 FAIR CAMPER & RESERVED PARKING SPOTS! 🚨

If you have a camper spot or reserved parking spot that you want to keep for the 2027 Athens County Fair, payment MUST be made by 10:00 PM TONIGHT at the Secretary’s Office.

⏰ Deadline: TONIGHT at 10 PM

Please make sure to get your payment taken care of tonight if you want to keep your spot for 2027!
