Today, country music lost one of its brightest stars.

Dolly Parton was more than an unforgettable voice. She was a storyteller, a songwriter, a dreamer and an inspiration whose music became part of the lives of generations.

From “Jolene” to “I Will Always Love You,” her songs carried the heart of country music around the world. But beyond the music, Dolly showed us the power of kindness, authenticity and never being afraid to dream big.

At Sunset Country Festival, we celebrate the music, the stories and the artists who built the country legacy we love. Today, we honor one of the greatest to ever do it.

Rest in peace, Dolly.

Your voice will live forever, and country music will never forget you.
