As The 13th Hour continues to grow, so does the volume of orders, messages, events, and clients we work with. I’m extremely grateful for that growth and for everyone who continues to trust me with their collectibles and autograph orders.

With that growth, however, comes the need for some additional rules and guidelines to help keep everything organized and running smoothly.

These policies are not meant to punish clients or make things more difficult. They’re in place to create clear expectations, prevent misunderstandings, keep orders moving efficiently, and allow me to provide the best service possible to everyone.

As the business grows, I simply can’t operate the same way I did when the volume was much smaller. Having consistent guidelines helps ensure that orders are handled fairly and that important deadlines, requests, payments, and event logistics don’t get lost in the shuffle.

I also understand that mistakes and unexpected situations happen. These guidelines are meant to provide structure, not create unnecessary headaches. My goal is always to work with everyone when possible while still maintaining a system that works.

Please take a few minutes to read through the updated policies and guidelines. By placing orders with The 13th Hour, you are agreeing to follow these guidelines.

I truly appreciate everyone's patience, understanding, and continued support as we continue to grow. Without you guys, The 13th Hour wouldn't be where it is today. 🖤💛

I know alot have been askin the same questions and here is your answer lol: Packages are 99% packed up! Will be collecting addresses and shipping costs today and will be shipping everything out this weekend. With school starting for my kiddo this past week, our routine has been busy and caused some packing delays. Thank yall for your patience
