Meet Tonke (). She is leading our city tour on Friday the 12th. 🪢

Jump rope coach, founder of Tonke Springt, and someone who believes in the power of movement. Movement gives energy, builds confidence, connects people, pushes limits, and above all brings joy.

Her rope story started in the middle of rehab after a serious leg injury. Deep in physiotherapy, she saw a video of someone skipping beautifully, and it hit her right in the chest.

That became the goal. I want to be able to do that too. The motivation gave her wings.

Moving was always in her nature, but this felt different. A new challenge, full of play and strength, and it made her so happy she knew she had to share it.

Her inner child jumped for joy, her dancer’s heart found the rhythm, and jump rope became a source of happiness. That is what she wants for everyone.

Small rope, big effect. Mentally and physically fit, with a smile.

Friday 12 June, the tour kicks off in Vondelpark at 14:00. Find her on the square again on Saturday the 13th.
