WHAT IS MUN
An acronym, a project, a purpose: the Model United Nations is a double initiative, both formative and informative, whose aim is to incline students towards getting to know what the Organization of the United Nations really is and to make them become familiar with the art of diplomacy. This project was developed around the 1950s by the UNO itself, and originally it was oriented towards US college students only. Because next year, on 27th, 28th of February and the 1st of March 2015, the Liceo Marco Foscarini will hold the FOSCAMUN 2015, the model United Nation. Based on the great success observed in 2014, this second edition will see twice as many students participating to the debates compared to the previous edition. It will focus on current and worldwide issues to find potential solutions. To make sure every student gets involved into this unique experience
