"Mama's Here" is the second track on their second album Tearing Down Walls, released in 2025. Written by guitarist Adrian Lever after reading Nobel laureate Svetlana Alexievich's The Unwomanly Face of War, the song was inspired by a dream about childhoods torn apart by conflict. Quietly devastating.

🎶 GREAT NEWS - just confirmed for this Saturday!
Robinswood will be kicking off the evening for Gavin Fairhall Lever and we are absolutely delighted to have them on board.

Robinswood are a multifaceted quartet of dual vocalists-instrumentalists, drawing inspiration from a transatlantic meeting of styles ... bluegrass blended with English folksong, Celtic fiddle tunes alongside traditional Appalachian ballads, and all grown in the fertile ground of the vibrant folk scene of Birmingham.

And here's a lovely connection. Isaac, Oli, Jennie and Will all met as students at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, playing together in Joe Broughton's Conservatoire Folk Ensemble. For those of you coming to see the Ensemble here later this summer... the connection is not lost on us! 😉🎶
