Over 250 women are coming.

Six months ago that sentence would have made me cry and tonight it just makes me grin. Over 250 women who have decided to spend a weekend away from everything that needs them, in a field in Dorset, with other women who get it.
It started with that first handful of you, those truly early believers, that gave me the confidence to keep going - thank you!!

So here is exactly where we are, because I would rather you heard it from me than guessed. There are 15 weekend tickets left and fewer than 10 of each day ticket. That is not a marketing line, that is the actual number on the system tonight.

If you have been hovering all summer, this is it. Not because I am trying to rush you, but because there genuinely are not many left and I would hate you to be as unorganised as I usually am, and decide on Thursday and find it gone.

One week today, a couple of hundred women walk into a field in Dorset.

I am not going to invent a deadline for you. Tickets are open until they are not, and the honest position is that this has been bootstrapped on a very small budget, so every single booking in the next seven days genuinely changes whether I can realistically do this again.

If you have been waiting for a sign, or for someone to come with you, or for a version of yourself who feels more ready: none of those are coming this week. Book the ticket and let the field do the rest.

If money is the thing, there are concession tickets at £75 with camping included, and my messages are open. Nobody needs to know but us.

And if you are already coming, here is your job. Think of one woman who needs this weekend more than she will admit, and message her yourself. Not a share. A message, with her name at the top of it.

Nine days to go, and I know a few of your are thinking. "It sounds lovely, I just cannot quite picture it."

Fair enough. So here is the whole weekend, laid out plainly. What is on in each of the three tents. Where you sleep now glamping has gone. What the weather is doing. What is in your ticket and what is not.

Swipe through it and you will know whether this is your kind of weekend. That is all I want from this post, because I would much rather you booked knowing exactly what you are walking into.

I'm frankly getting tired of hearing about brilliant women being made redundant, often out of work for months or years following brilliant careers, which so much to give.

That is why there are a small number of concession tickets for this weekend, and I would much rather they were used than sat there quietly.

They are £75 for the whole weekend, with camping included if you need it. They are for women who need this weekend and cannot make the money work right now. Redundancy. Caring for someone who needs you more than they used to. A separation. A year that took a great deal more than it gave back. Whatever it is no questions asked.

There is no form and no proof required. Send me a message and I will sort it, just between us. Nobody in that field will know which ticket you are holding.

The whole reason there is a Wisdom Wall at this festival is that asking for help is hard, and most of us are far better at giving it than receiving it. It would be strange of me to write that down on a card and then make this the one thing you are not allowed to ask for.

A question that comes up a lot, usually in a DM and usually apologetically - would I be the only one turning up on my own?

No. Lots of women have booked on their own. That is not the sad footnote of this weekend, it is the entire design of it.

It is why there is a Wisdom Wall rather than a networking hour. It is why the first session is on the grass before anyone has had to introduce themselves properly.
I know from years of festival experience that the best conversations often happen in the queue for the loo or the shower! It's where people talk.

Some of my wonderful friend's talk about me creating the next Glastonbury (love 'em). That was never and will never be my mission. This weekend is all about new connections, with yourself, each other, in nature and with possibilities.

If turning up alone is the thing in your way, it is the one thing I can promise you will stop noticing by about eleven on the Saturday.

I have had so many women offer to help with Wild & Wiser recently, and I am realising that for all my talk about connection and collaboration, I am not always very good at accepting it.

So here is something I often do with teams, brought into the field. In the Wild & Wise With Purpose area there will be a wall called the Wisdom Wall, and two cards to fill in.

Green card. I'm looking for…
Peach card. I can offer…

Advice, a skill, an introduction, a collaborator, or simply someone who understands. A couple of hundred women in one field, each carrying years of it.

Wild energy, part three. The dance.

When I wrote down what being wild & wiser means to me, it came out as forest walks, sea dips and dancing unapologetically. So we've built the Saturday night around the last one.

Movement sessions in the day for anyone who wants to be led. Music and dancing at night for anyone who just wants to move. No choreography, no partner needed, no photographs of you mid-flail unless you ask for one.

There's a particular freedom in dancing in a field of women who are all past caring how it looks. That's the energy of Wild Energy, sequins optional, but very welcome!

The wristbands have arrived! 🎉

A little thing, perhaps, but seeing Wild & Wiser brought to life on something people will actually be wearing over the weekend made it all feel very real.

Naturally, I’m taking quality control extremely seriously… by wearing all three until further notice. 😂

Just over two weeks to go until a field in Dorset fills with hundreds of brilliant women, ready to reconnect with their wise, their wild and themselves. I genuinely cannot wait to welcome you.
