DRIVER INFORMATION

Hall Access:
The doors to the hall will open at 7.30am, please try and plan to arrive at this time, we don’t want to upset any of the venue neighbours.
Fire Procedure:
In the event of a fire, please leave the building by the nearest exit and assemble on the tennis courts outside the main entrance. If there is a LiPo fire and it is safe to do so please empty a bucket of sand over the item/s on fire, then leave the building.
First Aid:
The centre has a first aid kit located in the main office in the entrance way, all first aid will be self-administered, the nearest hospital is Princess Royal Hospital located 2.8 miles from the venue, postcode TF1 6TF.
Should you need an ambulance the Tennis Centre Address is, Telford Tennis Centre, New Road, TF2 7AB.
Pitting:
Pitting will be as the previous event, please do not plug long extension leads in.
The feet on your chair must have protective caps so the floor isn’t damaged.
LiPos & Charging:
Any battery on the BRCA list is allowed, this includes batteries from the 2026 list, batteries must be in good condition and fit for racing.
All batteries must be charged in an official LiPo bag or Batt Safe, using good quality balance leads.
Charge Rates - As per manufactures recommendations. The maximum voltage is 4.2v per cell.
Anyone overcharging will be excluded from the meeting.
Additive:
You are required to supply your own additive, the only additive that can be used is MR33 V4 Carpet Additive, anyone suspected of using anything else will be disqualified from the meeting.
Marshalling:
This season we will go back to marshalling after your race, there will be tables placed next to the pull off to put your car and radio on, you need to be on your marshal point before the 30 second
countdown. The pull off is marked by an X.
DO NOT GO BACK TO YOUR PIT TABLE.
Take note of your number from the image attached.
We will supply Hi-Viz vests at each marshal point, you are welcome to use your own if you prefer.
Technical inspection – Full rules on the entry form:
All drivers are required to present their car to technical inspection before going onto the track.
We will be checking the following:
FWD:
ESC/Motor, Tyres, Body/Wing, Weight, Ride Height, Voltage. In addition we will also be checking the gear ratio and RPM of any car that looks overly quick.
17.5TC:
Motor, Tyres, Body/Wing, Weight, Ride Height, Voltage. In addition we will also be checking that ESC’s are in blinky mode.
13.5 ZOMBIE
ESC/Motor, Tyres, Body/Wing, Weight, Ride Height, Voltage. In addition we will also be checking the gear ratio and RPM of any car that looks overly quick.
Open TC:
Tyres, Body/Wing, Weight, Ride Height, Voltage.

Race Format:
Cars are to be placed on the track in the area marked, you are then allowed to drive slowly to the start line, there will be no practice laps, this is so marshals can quickly swap over and any track repairs can be done safely.
One round of practice in heat order starting at 8am, we will use practice to check transponder numbers. We will call each car to drive over the loop, you will then be required to park on your
grid spot until all cars are checked, we will then call the track open and your run will begin. All drivers will be required to marshal.
4 rounds of qualifying in race order.
1 final for everyone.
The full results and race listings can be found on www.rc-results.com under MB Models, there will be no print outs on the day.
Awards:
We have awards for 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each final, once you have marshalled you will be asked to come and collect your award and have your picture taken. Then we have the championship trophy’s to give out at the end of the day. Please stay to collect your rewards (Multiple F grades) and congratulate your competitors.
The overall winner of each class will also receive the MiCC Super Cup, you will get to keep this until the next season when it needs to be returned.
Food:
We have arranged for Neo’s Kitchen to be on site, they will be situated outside the main entrance.
