THEIGNS & THRALLS

Theigns & Thralls is a multinational blend of folk, rock and metal. Inspired by ancient poetry, historical novels, and current events, these songs will provide some good food for thought.

Pagan Sword hail from the East Midland, and are a Slavic metal band inspired by hardcore and folk music. Depicting a blend of warlike vocals with euphonic folk melodies.

Elven Dale is an ancient music project from Nottingham, England. The music is comprised of wistful voices and musical instruments from Dark-age Northern Europe

Holy Youth Movement (HYM) are a 5 piece from Bristol. Their signature sound is a sonic onslaught of rock n roll combined with dance music in order to create their Electric Rock and Roll sound.

Filter Sequence produces music inspired by the halcyon days of raving and clubbing. His tracks cover everything from indietronica through to acid house, rave, balearic beats and dub.

Steve Hardaker is a purveyor of House, Electronica and stuff in between!!

James Prail brings his fresh new sounds from Nottingham

Magnet Studios are throwing a party down at The Old Cold Store, and you're all invited!

Live music all day, provided by bands who practice down at the studio.
So come and join us in a cheers to the Nottingham Scene, the creators and the supporters, and of course, a massive cheers to 30 years of Magnet, and maybe, if Rob's got it in him, 30 years more!!

ANIMORSELS: VIDEO NASTIES

Animation, motion graphics, video & other creative folk, join us for an evening of animated high jinks and drinks! Doors 6pm, kickoff about 6:45pm.

There will be lots of short animations and a talk from Lee Hardcastle , a claymation animator and director working with clients such as Adult Swim, Disney+ and Burger King.

Plus small talks from Karl Poyzer and Oz Durose . Karl will be talking "The Weaponised Power of Generalism", while Oz will be taking us through the making of his animated short "Grave".
