Good evening….
After lots of work in the background we are getting the band back together for another Devilish encounter.
On the 17th October the KLMC Targa will be taking place at a rather special venue.
It’s not a venue which is a stranger to rallying, but it will be a first as a Targa event.
More news to follow soon.

The KLMC Targa which was due to take place on the 12th of November 2022 is now officially cancelled.
Events under the Devils Own banner have always been known as tough, challenging and punishing events. But having to start again with a blank map this close to the event has proved ‘a bridge too far’ to provide crews with an event worthy of the name.
My thanks go to the KLMC team, the event sponsors, marshals and all our regular competitors. None of our work will go to waste, it just will have to wait until next time….
We will return in 2023 for another devilish encounter. Details to follow soon.

We have been informed this morning that our bid to use the Warcop Army Ranges on the 12th of November for the KLMC Targa has been revoked.
So it’s back to the drawing board for this event. This hasn’t come as a complete surprise and plan B is coming together. We will keep you posted when we know more.

The KLMC Targa will return once again on the 12th of November 2022.
Held on the Warcop army ranges near Appleby. A series of daytime tests followed by a short sharp evening section mainly on private land. Designed to challenge Targa crews and night rally crews alike.
Before someone asks, tyres need to be black and round. We are also the penultimate round of the BTRDA Targa championship. More information to be published as soon as we have it.

Tonight is the monthly KLMC club night where we are having a forum on the recent KLMC Targa. 19:30 for a 20:00 start at the Gilpin Bridge Inn, just off the A590.
Come along for a nosey to hear some tales from the event.

Santa Claus is on his way a little early for the competitors of the KLMC Targa.
Plans are brewing for next years event. Once Martyn has finished the accounts for this year, we will let you all know what’s in store for 2022.
