We were treated to an excellent evening of music last night, with Lou, Michael and Clovis performing to a select and appreciative crowd.

Sadly due to an unexpected extended hospitalisation Jeb could not be with us and we wish him a speedy recovery.

However being true professionals the proposed format was quickly changed and in true troubadour "the show must go on" style we enjoyed a My Darling Clementine set followed by songs from current solo albums

It's sad however that we are not getting better attendances for some of the great local artists we try and give a platform to.

It seems to be a fact of life nowadays for local venues to struggle to fill seats and it will be a sad day when musicians will no longer have venues like the MTH to play in.

Please try to support future live events , its a case of use them or loose them.

Last night’s Marches Comedy was another cracker of an evening.

Thanks to our host for the evening, Jay Neale, comedians Sully Jones, Phil Cooper and Dean Coughlin – and of course, Beth McGowan, who is the hidden star of every show.

Thanks must also go to all of you who bought tickets and turned up. Without your support, we wouldn’t be able to have comedy nights.

Last, but not least, we’d like to thank the Noson Allan - Night Out scheme for their unwavering support. https://www.nightout.org.uk

Tickets for the next are available for the next one in December now from: https://www.ticketsource.com/montgomerytownhall/marches-comedy-december/e-ljlvlj
