Aussie industrial death metallers THE BERZERKER will play Dissimulate in full at Damnation's pre show, A Night of Salvation.

They'll be joined at the extreme warm up party by reunited death grind heroes GOREROTTED, who will play Only Tools & Corpses in full.

Two of the best death and black metal bands on live circuit: UNDEATH and ULTHA complete the evening's entertainment.

A Night of Salvation will be host at Manchester's Bread Shed on Friday, November 6.

Damnation organiser Gavin McInally said: "It felt wasteful to fly The Berzerker over for their first European show in almost 20 years and only get to enjoy the chaos once.

"Their headline set at Damnation will be an aural and visual assault on the senses with arena production. This set, playing Dissimulate in full, will be old school, no barrier mayhem in a sweatbox.

"We took the opportunity to have Gorerotted do double duty too so we could witness Only Tool & Corpses in its entirety while the opening combo of Undeath and Ultha will be a masterclass in death and black metal.

"It was more extreme than we originally intended but we're not sorry."

Tickets, priced £35, are limited to 450.

Norwegian experimentalists Shining and UK riff powerhouse Sugar Horse are the final names to be added to this year's stacked Damnation.

Both bands will play on Sunday, November 8, at BEC Arena, Manchester, alongside the likes of Satyricon, Igorrr, Triptykon, Walls of Jericho and Wolves in the Throne Room.

While the sold out Saturday boasts Cult of Luna, Carcass, Health, Crowbar, The Berzerker and EyeHateGod.

Damnation organiser Gavin McInally said: "With fewer than 600 weekend and some Sunday day tickets left on sale, we welcome our final two bands to the party, Shining and Sugar Horse.

Both will play the Meliora Stage, which is the perfect fit for their arsenal of progressive and experimental riffs.

"The final additions complement what is an absolute beast of a year for us and we're looking forward to a full house in November for the metal weekend of the year."

He added: "Saturday is sold out so take the plunge with a weekend ticket. Or if you can't make a full weekend out of it, come and enjoy the Sunday line-up with is packed with unmissable sets."
