Challenges For Col

02/11/2026

Good evening all, so it gives me great pleasure in announcing that with the skydive, runs, fundraiser and Cols 40th celebration (ps great night by the way) we raised £8348.64 for Sophie's Journey which I am sure will help them out massively.

But even more so that takes us to £20474.65 in the last 3 years which is absolutely amazing.

This obviously can't be done without family and friends whom have contributed massively whether it be at the challenges, fundraisers, bonus ball, scratchcards or donating prizes. Thank you very much.

Also a massive thank you to all the businesses that help donate prizes unfortunately I can't name them all but big thanks to Alpha Paving & Groundworks for donating 1st Prize on our raffle. Also to Debs and Dave and all the staff at The Plough Lincoln for letting us hold our fundraiser there, and what great day that was.

Thank you once again it really is only achievable with the help from others

Thanks

The Sherwood's/ Wests. 💜💜

Lincoln Half Marathon ✅

That’s the last challenge of the year done and I’d hazard a guess that’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done but knowing why I lined up gave me that much needed encouragement to cross that finish line with a smile across my face, especially given that uncle Col would’ve been calling me daft for even thinking about running that far.

I’d like to thank everyone for the words of encouragement as well as all the donations received - link below for anyone who still wishes to donate.
