What a fantastic first Floating Sound Bath at Cleethorpes! ✨🌊

We couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to this beautiful venue!

It was wonderful to see the pool filled with people taking time out for themselves, floating peacefully beneath the sounds and vibrations of our crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.

The atmosphere was incredible, and the lovely feedback we received afterwards made the evening even more special.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first session in Cleethorpes. We absolutely loved bringing Synergy to you!

And the good news? We’re back on Saturday 5th December! We have VERY limited spaces remaining for this session, so if you’d like to join us before Christmas, don’t leave it too late.

We’ll also be announcing more Cleethorpes dates for 2027 very soon!

✨ A church filled with candlelight, the beautiful sounds of singing bowls and a room full of people taking time out from the busyness of everyday life. What a night at Left Bank Leeds! 🤍

Our latest SANCTUARY experience, in collaboration with NEOM and Totally Barking Transformations, was a complete sell out, and we couldn’t have asked for a lovelier evening!

With the October Hunter’s Moon illuminating the night sky, the timing felt particularly fitting for an evening dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting and finding a little stillness.

Left Bank is beautiful at any time of year, but now the nights are drawing in, the soft glow of candlelight against that incredible architecture made the whole space feel even more magical.

Our guests were welcomed with herbal teas as NEOM guided them through a beautiful aromatherapy experience, followed by breathwork with Totally Barking Wellbeing and a deeply relaxing sound bath to close the evening.

Afterwards, everyone had the opportunity to browse our little wellbeing shop and gently ease back into the world.

We’ve received such lovely feedback, and it means so much to know how much everyone enjoyed the experience.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, to NEOM and Totally Barking Wellbeing for collaborating with us, and to the wonderful team at Left Bank.

And the good news? We’re planning to do it all again in the new year! ✨

✨ COMMUNITY SOUND BATHS | HEART, HEADINGLEY ✨

Sound • Stillness • Connection 🌿

As the evenings draw in and the days get a little colder, we’re creating a warm, welcoming space to slow down, unwind and take a little time for yourself.

Our monthly Community Sound Baths at HEART in Headingley are all about making rest and relaxation accessible to everyone, which is why we offer these sessions on a PAY AS YOU FEEL basis.

Settle in and enjoy the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs and other therapeutic instruments as we create a peaceful space to switch off from the outside world.

We’ll also have complimentary herbal teas available and a little Synergy wellness shop where you can browse crystals, oracle cards and other wellbeing treats.

Whether you’ve joined us before or you’re completely new to sound baths, everyone is welcome. Come alone, bring a friend or simply enjoy some time that’s just for you. 💚

✨ Floating Sound Baths at Beverley Road Baths, Hull ✨

What a beautiful setting for an afternoon of relaxation! 💙

We returned to the historic Beverley Road Baths this week for another Floating Sound Bath, filling this stunning Victorian swimming pool with the soothing sounds and vibrations of our instruments.

Surrounded by the beautiful architecture, our guests spent an hour floating effortlessly on the water, wrapped in blankets, with nothing to do but rest, relax and enjoy the experience.

PETERBOROUGH, WE’RE BACK 💧✨

We’ve already hosted our Floating Sound Baths at Jack Hunt Swimming Pool, and after an incredible summer at Peterborough Lido, we’re heading back indoors this November.

Synergy Body & Mind are proud to be the team behind the original Floating Sound Bath experiences in Peterborough, working with Vivacity across their venues and building these events in the city over the past year.

Ilkley Lido, Summer 2026 🤍

Golden evenings, open skies and a pool full of people taking an hour completely for themselves.

Ilkley has been a huge part of our outdoor Floating Sound Bath season this year, and we’re incredibly grateful to the team at Ilkley Lido for making these sessions possible. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to allow us to bring these evenings to the pool, and their support means a great deal to us.

We’re just as grateful to every single person who has booked, turned up, trusted us with their time and floated with us this summer. These events only exist because people choose to come and experience them, and we never take that support for granted.

We’re already working behind the scenes on next summer’s Lido dates, including the launch of our new 2027 Lido Priority Passes.

SANCTUARY: Scent, Breath & Sound

This October, SANCTUARY returns to Left Bank Leeds for an intimate evening created in collaboration with NEOM and Totally Barking Transformations.

Set within one of Leeds’ most beautiful and atmospheric venues, this limited-capacity experience has been designed to feel spacious, restorative and deeply considered from the moment you arrive.

You’ll have your own luxury double air bed, blanket and eye mask, allowing you to fully settle into an evening of aromatherapy, guided breathwork, Reiki-infused sound and deep relaxation.

NEOM will be taking guests on a sensory scent journey, Nic from Totally Barking Wellbeing will lead the breathwork experience, and Emma from Synergy will host the immersive sound journey, weaving Reiki healing through the bowls throughout the session.

During the sound bath, Nic will also offer optional hands-on Reiki for guests who would like to receive it, adding another deeply nurturing layer to the experience.

Your evening also includes complimentary herbal tea, a NEOM x Synergy goodie bag including a crystal and Palo Santo, £15 to spend at the private NEOM pop-up shop, and time to browse the collection after the session.

With only 30 spaces available, SANCTUARY is intentionally kept small to create a more exclusive, unhurried experience with plenty of space around each guest.
