Well, that's a wrap! 🎢

The bunting has come down, the posters have been packed away, the camping chairs have been folded up, and our incredible line-up of artists are heading home or off to their next gig.

There's a noticeable absence of fiddles, banjos and guitars in the air... which can only mean one thing...Hexham Bluegrass & Americana Festival 2026 has officially come to an end. πŸ’™

And what a weekend it was!

We absolutely loved bringing the festival back to The Sele for our fifth year, and thanks to all of you, it feels like it's getting bigger, better and even more special every year.

A huge thank you to our amazing funders and partners for making it all possible:

❀️ Arts Council England – Grassroots Music Grant
πŸ’› Hexham Town Council
πŸ’™ Queen's Hall Arts Centre
πŸ’— Core Music
πŸ’š Northumberland County Council
πŸ’™ British Bluegrass Music Association - Workshops
...and to our amazing, dedicated committee who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything goes smoothly.

This festival simply wouldn't happen without your generosity and support, and we're incredibly grateful to have you behind us.

Finally, the biggest shout out goes to you - everyone who came along, cheered on the artists, danced, sang, relaxed in the sunshine, discovered new music, volunteered, or dropped a few coins into our donation bucket. Every single person helped make this year's festival one to remember.

Thank you for being part of our bluegrass and americana family!

We hope you enjoyed the weekend - let us know in the comments what you enjoyed most about the festival!

Today is the day! 🀠🎢

Get ready for a jam-packed weekend of brilliant bluegrass and Americana music!

We're kicking things off at 12pm with Muddy Line on the Bandstand Stage, while Lick Skillet Road will be opening the Top Tent Stage. Be sure to check out the full programme below so you can plan your weekend and catch all your favourite acts. πŸ‘‡

Don't forget to bring your camping chair, picnic blanket and an umbrella (you never know with the British weather! β˜‚οΈ). Also, remember there will be no food vendors in the park, so make sure to visit the wide range of cafes and restaurants in Hexham for some great coffees and snacks.

Safe travels, and we'll see you at the Sele... 🎻
