Unfortunately, the Music Event & DJ Tent has been CANCELLED. ❌🎶

There will be NO music event and NO DJ tent going ahead.

💰 VENDORS: If you have booked as a vendor for the music event, please message The Truck Show page directly to arrange your refund.

🚛 THE TRUCK SHOW IS STILL GOING AHEAD AS NORMAL! 🚛

Please don’t confuse the cancellation of the music event with the main Truck Show — the Truck Show is NOT cancelled and will be going ahead as planned. ✅

IMPORTANT EVENT UPDATE – THE TRUCK SHOW @ BARNARD CASTLE

Guys & Girls,

Unfortunately, we have some disappointing news to share.

Following a call this morning from the Police and Council, we have been informed that, due to circumstances beyond our control, the licence for the Music Festival and Dance Tent has been refused.

With only 14 days to go, we are absolutely gutted to have to make this announcement and sincerely apologise for the short notice.

🎟️ Music Festival & Dance Tent Tickets
If you have purchased tickets through Skiddle, please request a refund directly through Skiddle and your ticket money will be refunded.

🚛 THE TRUCK SHOW IS STILL GOING AHEAD!
Please be clear that The Truck Show @ Barnard Castle itself is NOT cancelled. The weekend will still be going ahead and, as always, we’re expecting a fantastic and incredibly busy event.

🛍️ STALL HOLDERS
All stall holders are still very welcome to attend the Truck Show. If you would prefer not to attend following this announcement, you can request a refund.

Please contact us directly through our page to confirm whether you still wish to attend or would like a refund.

We know how many people have been looking forward to the music festival, and nobody is more disappointed than our team. A huge amount of time, effort and planning has gone into the event, which makes this news especially difficult to share.
