lly working to enhance people’s well-being or the environment. You don’t need to be based in Surrey to be a part of this exciting development! There are multiple indoor spaces from 50 sq ft to 1600 sq ft available. Lockwood Studios has parking, a large venue hall, meeting rooms, common spaces as well as outdoor areas. There will high speed Wi-Fi, office services, exhibition space, an on-site multi-media team, catering facilities, mastering studios, social media booth, a café and a shop, selling many items made by those on site. Occupants already include individuals, businesses and charities involved in music, video, print, food, young people, well-being, events and festivals. Lockwood Studios is run by people who have worked in the arts and creative industries for decades and who are committed to establishing an inclusive, local community arts hub that nurtures creativity in all its forms. We are currently working behind-the-scenes to put everything in place and we invite you to get involved!
