Jake was born at 34 weeks and we believe that due to complications during pregnancy, a rare condition called twin to twin transfusion syndrome, Jake was born with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. That means all 4 limbs are affected, having just very limited use of one hand plus Jake can not sit or stand at all. Jake’s speech is also affected and his vision, having no depth perception. Jake needs help 24/7. Due to two dislocated hips Jake is in pain every single day.

HOWEVER he never ever lets any of this get to him! He is superhuman! 💚
His positivity has shone through his entire life, the biggest smile, he lights up every room he enters. His energy and beautiful attitude to life are infectious.

We all need to take a leaf out of Jake’s book……literally!!! 😂🥹🌍💚📸
