Dram Decades of a Dornoch Distiller - Introducing our exclusive one-off tasting with award-winning distiller Polly Logan, who herself was "distilled" in Dornoch!

Join Dornoch native Polly as she talks us through her decades in whisky blending and production. Sample brands from her career journey, such as Tomatin and Macallan, as well as some from her exciting new range from Tormore.

This event promises to be full of banter and brilliance! All proceeds from this event will be donated to a local charity: Dornoch Beach Wheelchairs

Lady of the Glen is a small Scottish independent whisky bottler based in Dalgety Bay, Fife, where they have their own we cask maturation warehouse and bottling area. A small company who bottle single casks at cask strength and small-batch single malts with the attention to detail only a company of this size can offer. Hand-sourced casks paired with hand-picked wine and spirit casks for re-racking where necessary.

They have 2 main brands in our portfolio:
Lady of the Glen - cask strength, single cask single malts and grain whiskies.
St Bridget’s Kirk - blended malts and blended scotch bottles in very small batches.

One of the oldest operating distilleries in Scotland, Glen Garioch (pronounced Geery in the ancient Doric dialect still spoken in these parts) has been making its mighty malt in the quaint and historic market town of Oldmeldrum, near Aberdeen in North-East Scotland, ever since 1797.

Shielded from the world's prying eyes, deep in the fertile Granary of Aberdeenshire and only ever produced in small, precious batches, Glen Garioch is a rare find indeed, but warmly appreciated by those who like a hearty Highland malt, non chill-filtered as nature intended, with a wholesome maltiness, honeyed sweetness and delicious creamy texture to savour.

North Point Distillery, based out of the Far North in Thurso, is a distillery founded in 2020 and currently produces Gin, Rum, and Scotch Whisky.
They will be unveiling some of their aged expression of their Dalclagie Scotch Whisky, which has not yet hit the market!

North Uist Distillery is an innovative, B-Corp certified distillery located in the Outer Hebrides. Situated in a B-listed 18th-century farm steadings, they use locally grown heritage barley, fermented long and slow in wooden washbacks and distilled on oversized stills with increased reflux, to produce a single cask of rich, robust spirit a day.

Whilst their single malt won't be ready for a few years yet, they will be exhibiting their new make spirit and 'Guest House' series of independent bottlings.

Behind the Scenes at Brora: A Dornoch Whisky Festival Exclusive Event

We are delighted to announce a new collaboration with Brora Distillery!

Customers who have bought tickets for either of our dinner events (Lochlea Paired Dinner on Saturday or The Final Dram Dinner on Sunday) will be entered into the ballot for a complimentary place on this exclusive, intimate experience.

Brora Distillery. Saturday 24 October 2026 - 11am

Silent for nearly four decades before a painstaking restoration brought it back to life, this October, as part of the Dornoch Whisky Festival, this former ghost distillery is opening its doors for an exclusive, complimentary behind-the-scenes tour led by the distillery operators who know it best. Go deep into the working distillery, hearing first-hand what it took to research, rebuild, and recreate Brora's original distillation characters. This is a distillery tour focused on history, heritage and craft - please note however, that no tasting will be included.
