Hi to you all
Thank you for your support over the last four years but unfortunately
Arts in the Park will have our last classes today.

Fay is looking forward to coming into more Nurseries Pre-school and Schools in West Sussex and providing classes for Free Shop for the local community. I will also be starting Partner Yoga in the coming months and some online classes soon.

An update of our last week classes.
The children were playing a version of Chinese Whispers game, but instead of whispering to each other's ears, they were copying a drawing of a Santa with Magdalena starting the drawing.
We all had great fun and lots of laughter.

To sum up our last week of art and craft activities, have a look at some of the pics below.
Fay also introduced some new fun activities into her yoga sessions.
As ever, we are very proud of all the children who engaged in the classes.

For this week art activity, Magdalena spent her Sunday afternoon to prepare a demonstration of a Christmas tree.
She made a template and used a cereal cardbox as a base, then glued onto it some wool previously cut into small pieces, next she decorated the tree with pompons, cotton wool, and sparkly threads. See the process in the pictures below.
It is an easy and fun activity to do with your children at home. Try and let us know how did it go. We'll be sharing more pictures later to show you, how the children did their projects in our classes.

We are getting into Christmas festivity vibe and now focuses on art projects and yoga activities related to the upcoming season.
While Magdalena is planning and testing new art ideas, Fay is working on yoga sequences and games for their classes .
Last week children were making paper angels and painting Christmas trees made from egg boxes, while listening to soothing instrumental music in the background.

Over the last week our students were learning about Remembrance Day, and on that occasion, Magdalena prepared two different projects based on poppies, involving painting, cutting out, tracing around templates and gluing. See how our variety of age groups got on with the work! Try to find Magdalena's demonstration piece amongst children's artwork :)

We started at a new school Monday and our first project was fireworks.
The children had plenty of materials to use toilet roll, straws, makeup brushes, cottonwool buds, glitter, metallic pens.
It was amazing to see the different designs and variety on the finish projects. Well done 👏

We've started new art and craft classes this week in one of Godstone's schools. As we just had a firework display last weekend, our theme for this week's art project is Fireworks. The children loved playing with various art materials and created fabulous pieces. With Magdalena being in her creative element spreading the excitement, and Fay keeping an eye on admin details and public relations, we are a great team delivering fun, well organised, and absolutely rewarding classes.

We are so sad to write this, that in 9 weeks we will not be doing our 2x classes a week at K2 Pre-school as they are closing!

We have loved seeing the children blossom into confident little yogis and helping them making exciting and challenging different art projects. We will be forever grateful to the lovely staff.
