The sun has set on DimpseyFest 3 and we hope your hearts are as full as ours. We have lots of people to thank for helping make it possible so here goes…

Firstly, the magnificent A Team, where would we be without you? Let’s go in alphabetical order because they’re all equally essential and fabulous:
Keren and everyone at Events Horizon for delicious food, wonderful booze and ever smiling hospitality. We loved the bar tab portraits.
Paul of PT Sounds for faultless stage management and blessing our earholes with top quality sound.
Tabitha for being the Queen of Compères and effortlessly holding the whole show together. Blue suits you.

Then there are our wonderful friends who arrive early to help set up, leave late after helping clear down and run around in the middle so things run smoothly. You make everything so much easier and much more fun. We couldn’t do it without you. Thank you (in no particular order) Brian, Nige, Rob, Cindy, Jules, Tom, Liam, Tim, Katy, Ian, Andrea, Phil, Sarah, Ali, Rich, Louise, Toni and everyone else who spotted a full bin or told us the loo rolls were running low.

We’d like to thank Duffy and Wineglass for lighting up Dimpsey in more ways than one. You made the path up to the field and the trees look beautiful.

It wouldn’t be Dimpsey without Chaos Corner offering “refreshments” and friendship to people wandering down to the music from the field. Thank you so much for drawing people into the family we choose Maynard and Nikki. We hope you like your new bunting.

Thanks Late Developer for your amazing photographs. You have a real talent Kate.

Massive thanks to each and every musician who agreed to perform at our little festival. We bet everyone went home with a new favourite.

Then there’s you DimpseyFolk, you did it again. Arriving in your cars and vans, setting up camp and opening your arms wide to create a wonderful safe space for us to be together for the weekend. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support.

Much love
Lisa, Phil, Caroline & Dave x

BIG FAT THANK YOU from Keren!

Oh Dimpsey, you really are the best. I got to do my favourite thing while watching my favourite thing with all my favourite people. There really is no other place like it, is there?!

The artists were without exception all outstanding.

And you guys supported us so much. Can’t put into words how much I appreciate it.

And what about my team, eh?! Bloody superb bunch who I love very, very much. Big respect and thanks to Helen, Gary and Sarah - and what about those kittens in the bar?! Talk about make it their own! Far too cool and for Facebook, obvs, but Elin and Shona, you were superstars!!

Above all else, a massive thank you to the Dimpsey Dream Team - thank you for supporting and believing in me. It means more than you’ll ever know. ❤️

I would be very keen to have feedback; the good, the bad, the ugly.

But those pasties, man!!

DimpseyFolk! We have good news and bad news.
First the bad, Headsticks are devastated to announce they are having to pull out due to illness. We’re gutted too and hope to see them at Dimpsey another year.
Now for the good news. Your Friday night headliner is now Nick Parker and we are thrilled to announce ST FIAN are stepping in to play. They’ve been on our radar for a while now and we look forward to welcoming them.

If anyone has been saving their change for a special occasion, the kitchen and bar would be most grateful!
