It’s time to get out and support your local farmers who have put together some excellent pumpkin displays.

This year we went to The Pumpkin Patch At Bewholme Bewholme, East Yorkshire. It literally had it all. Every colour pumpkin and squash, games, goats, pizza, under cover seating, carving tents, coffee, a maze, a swing, a pumpkin house, pick your own wild flowers on the side oh and a high five from the pumpkin guy 🙌

Theres a dedicated PYO field on you can head to the farm shop and not go near any mud!

The perfect rainy day Hull Maritime

I walked from the Fruit Market and past the marina with its little glimmer of blue sky to arrive at the beautiful refurbished maritime museum. Queen Victoria keeping her eye on you and all the remaining architecture in the square.

The museum reminds us of the importance of Hull within Maritime History, it’s actually quite mind blowing and shouldn’t be under estimated as an important port for centuries.

There’s not too many photos of the inside to keep it a surprise but you could spend hours in here and take in the gorgeous cafe too.
