Highgate House welcomes a third beehive! Installed earlier this year, the additional hive will provide a home for thousands more bees, helping to pollinate nearby flowers and plants while supporting the local ecosystem.

Words from a valued partner: "Working with the Christian Conference Trust to host our upcoming large gathering has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Planning a major event comes with plenty of moving parts and big decisions, but the CCT team made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

They were consistently accommodating, jumping on multiple video calls to answer every single question we had with patience and expertise. What truly set them apart, however, was how far above and beyond their standard role they went—actively gathering detailed local information about the town and regional transportation options to ensure our attendees are fully supported.

Their proactive communication, dedication, and genuine hospitality have made organising this large gathering remarkably easy. We could not recommend them more highly to any organisation looking for a reliable, supportive, and professional venue partner."

This photograph captures the Lounge during the opening years of The Hayes as a Christian conference centre. The wicker chairs and simple tables reflect the period, while the coffered ceiling, timber panelling, columns, and fireplace belong to the character of the original house. From its earliest years, the Lounge offered guests a relaxing place to rest and enjoy one another’s company.

It was a pleasure to host SIM International for their global board meeting at Highgate House. They shared their thoughts on what makes meeting in a conference venue like Highgate so valuable to them.

"Being at Highgate House, with our accommodation, meals, and meetings all in one place, adds immense value to our time together... Those in-between spaces may not be part of the formal meeting but they help us build the connections that allow us to work well together."
