An incredible 5km run followed by a hot, sweaty, and challenging RSR Sim session. Days like this remind us exactly why we love what we do bringing people together, building confidence, and proving that you CAN do hard things!

This community is more than just fitness. It’s a safe, supportive space where everyone is encouraged, challenged, and celebrated, no matter their starting pointπŸ–€

Seeing so many people push themselves outside their comfort zones, support one another, and leave feeling stronger than when they arrived was amazing!!🀩

Back to school

Wow that was cool bringing back all those memories of yr 5 and got to see my old room too!
Got to catchup with Dave Shaw the new head teacher got some amazing ideas of getting sports back into Woodbridge too. This is part of what we are doing at too by hosting this we are wanting the Alfreton area and especially parents and children at to get involved. We will be coming to Woodbridge before had to do a mini event just for the school in the near future too for the kids to get a taster of the main event in August

From the Friday night class carrying the weights down to the van, to being there at 6am the following day helping us set upπŸ₯Ή

Cooking pizzas throughout the whole race, motivating our amazing competitors, photographing the action, helping with transport! We appreciate it ALL!!!πŸ’›
