HEART & SOUL AWARDS 2027 – IMPORTANT TICKET & SEATING INFORMATION 🎫

We've just shared our 2027 Save the Dates post, so please do check it out for all the important dates 🫶💛

With tickets already selling fast for our 4th Annual Heart & Soul Awards – The Best of Fitness, we'd like to share a few important reminders.

🥂 GROUP & TABLE BOOKINGS

If you're attending with friends or colleagues, we strongly recommend booking your full table together.

Full tables booked together are guaranteed to be seated together.

🎫 INDIVIDUAL TICKET PURCHASE

For individual ticket purchases, we will always do our best to accommodate seating requests, but unfortunately these cannot be guaranteed.

✨ SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

Organising an event of this size involves a huge amount of planning, and changes happen regularly behind the scenes.

There’s lots happening throughout the event, and it's important that everything runs as smoothly as possible for everyone.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the final arrangements and treat our staff and organisers with the same kindness that these awards are all about. 🫶

💛 Our biggest tip? Book together if you want to sit together 🫶

We are so excited to share the important dates for our 4th Annual Heart & Soul Awards – The Best of Fitness, taking place on Saturday 3rd July 2027 Beach Ballroom, Aberdeen

After the incredible success of last year's awards, we're delighted to be following the same process, which worked amazingly well!

📅 IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR DIARY

🏆 1st March 2027 – Nominations CLOSE

📝 1st April 2027 – Applications CLOSE

🎟️ 1st May 2027 – Ticket Sales CLOSE

🥂 3rd July 2027 – AWARDS NIGHT!

✨ HOW DOES IT WORK?

1️⃣ NOMINATIONS – Nominate yourself or someone you believe deserves recognition for their contribution to the fitness industry.

2️⃣ APPLICATIONS – Nominees will be contacted by email and invited to complete an application. You can apply for as many categories as you genuinely feel suited to.

3️⃣ FINALISTS – Everyone who completes an eligible application will be recognised as a finalist! We believe effort and desire to be included in this incredible celebration is important. Our judging panel will then determine the top three and winners in each category.

4️⃣ WINNERS – All winners remain a complete SECRET until they're announced LIVE on awards night! 🏆

💛 There is absolutely NO FEE to enter in the awards!

We've already received thousands of nominations, and we are incredibly grateful for the love and support shown for these awards!

We'll be contacting nominees and sharing further information in stages, including judging announcements, finalist graphics and ticket details, so please keep an eye on our page.

These awards are all about recognising achievements, celebrating incredible people and bringing our fitness community together. 🫶

🏆 MEET OUR RETURNING JUDGES — HEART & SOUL AWARDS 2027 🏆

We are incredibly proud to announce that our 2026 judging panel will be returning for the Heart & Soul Awards — The Best of Fitness 2027! 💛🫶💛

And this means a lot to us.

After experiencing the judging process first-hand last year, our judges have all expressed how much they wanted to be part of the awards again — not only because of the incredible people and stories they had the privilege of reading, but because of the professionalism, fairness and integrity of the entire judging process.

Each judge independently gives their time, experience and genuine consideration to the applications they receive. It isn’t a quick decision — they take the responsibility of choosing our winners incredibly seriously.
And we think the fact that they wanted to come back and do it all again says something very special about what the Heart & Soul Awards has become.
