This March, True North Sessions brings you Scotland’s ‘Hippy-Dippy Drag Queen’, Megan Black 🎙️

The award-winning musician, vocalist, and songwriter holds nothing back – writing sad, yet funky, feminist anthems.

Megan explores themes of gender, sexuality, and mental health through music – creating a sonic bridge between a 70’s inspired sound with a contemporary view on feminism and the LGBTQ+ community.

True North Sessions: Angus Munro

With a glass-breaking vocal range, tear-jerking songs and trademark wit, Angus Munro propelled onto the scene in 2019 with his debut album “Mirror Man”.

His piano-bending shenanigans have resulted in shows alongside Scouting For Girls, Paul Carrack and multiple appearances on BBC Radio 4’s “Loose Ends”.
