I had the absolute honour of marrying this beautiful couple. 🤍
When I first met them, what began as a simple meeting blossomed into such a sacred and meaningful connection for me.
Not long after we met, they asked me a question I never expected.
“Would you marry us?”
I smiled and explained that I had never officiated a wedding before.
Their response was something I’ll never forget.
“We don’t care. We love your energy, and we want YOU to be the one to marry us.”
And so, a beautiful new chapter began.
I received my licence to officiate weddings, and a few months later, I had the privilege of standing beside them as they exchanged their vows.
During the ceremony, I shared this blessing…
“May your love be rooted like the ancient trees, deep within the Earth. May it grow towards the light, weather every storm, and continue to blossom through all the seasons of your lives.”
It was such a heartfelt and intimate ceremony, and one I will always treasure.
And the story doesn’t end there…
When I shared this experience with dear friends of mine, their response together was…
“That’s amazing! We would love for you to marry us all over again!”
These are some of the most intimate and special moments of our lives, moments that deserve to be celebrated in a way that truly reflects who we are and the love we share.
