We started out with the idea of hosting just a single concert. We had the idea to singer, Johnny Reid, in Spruce Grove. We followed that with George Canyon in St. Albert, Prairie Oyster and Charlie Major back in Spruce Grove. All were learning experiences. We took what we learned and came back, rebranded and refocused. That's how we, have perfected the house concert. We continued to learn from ev

ery artist that has graced our stage. Evolution and adaptation are signs of growth and learning. It was discussion with a band that made us realize it was time to evolve. Though that discussion continues in various forms, we decided to push forward. We now book from a small roster of local artists and have the contacts to provide national and even international artists for your event with The Tavern House Concerts. Management Clients

We are all saddened to hear of the unexpected passing of Mike Little. Mike was an incredible talent and a member of The Hello Darlins. We first met Mike in September of 2007 when he played keyboards for George Canyon at only our wnd show as a company. We weren't even DRC Music yet. Give Mike a listen here and add a little prayer for his family and friends tonight. Rest Easy Mike....

**Reposting** DM ONLY.... Looking for an artist willing to donate a backyard style show, could be a duo. Here's the details. It is a STARS auction/raffle fundraiser. Young fellow named Chris was helped out by STARS a number of years back. Unfortunately, even with the massive effort they provided, Chris did not make it. He left behind a lot of folks. For a number of years, his family has been fundraising for STARS through a golf tournament, CL88, that's Chris. With their fundraising efforts, the goal was Chris' name on a helicopter. That's now happening.

As an artist, donating a package to the raffle portion of the auction, we would look to an hour set, longer if agreed between those involved. It's a private show unless the winner deems otherwise, so would be a backyard style intimate show. Artist provides sound, shows up early, sets up, visits, does the set, tears down, visits. Maybe some merchandise for the winners, welcome to sell merch as well.

The dates are still in flux but... the CL88 Golf Tournament August 26. The package you put together and you can add to it if you like, will be raffle prior. It's a short windows till fall and cool weather, so we let the winner have a year to arrange it.

Last year Steve Newsome played this very event, raising $2200.
