London Reggae Fest has become aware of fraudulent pages/accounts attempting to collect artist fees and vendor fees while pretending to represent our festival.

We have reported these incidents to the police and the appropriate social media platforms, and we are asking our community, artists, vendors, sponsors, and supporters to remain vigilant.

✅ All official London Reggae Fest applications and registrations are handled through our secure official website:
LondonReggaeFest.ca

Please do not send money, personal information, artist fees, vendor fees, or deposits to any page or individual unless you have confirmed that the communication is officially from London Reggae Fest.

If you receive a suspicious message, payment request, application link, or social media contact claiming to represent us:

• Do not send payment or personal information.
• Take screenshots of the account and messages.
• Report the suspicious page/account to the social media platform.
• Contact us directly through this official page or LondonReggaeFest.ca to verify the communication.

Police have advised us that similar scams are currently affecting many events and organizations, so please remain cautious and protect yourself.

London Reggae Fest has become aware that an unauthorized individual identifying themselves as “Kristen, Event Coordinator” is contacting artists and requesting a $50 submission fee.

The following contact information is NOT associated with or authorized by London Reggae Fest:

Please do not send money, personal identification, banking information or application materials to this individual.

All legitimate London Reggae Fest opportunities and payment requests will be confirmed through our official website, LondonReggaeFest.ca, and our official social-media accounts.

If you have received a message from this individual—or have already submitted information or payment—please save all emails, screenshots, receipts and payment details and contact London Reggae Fest directly through our official channels.

London Reggae Fest Inc. is documenting and reporting this fraudulent activity to Google, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and the London Police Service.
