The Daily Well co-founders Megan and Amy bring a refreshing, honest look at friendship, wellness, and connection in adulthood. Through relatable conversation and lived experience as best friends, moms, and founders, they explore how women can build community and live more intentionally in every season.
✨ 1:15 PM | Keynote Speaker: Come As You Are — The Power of Self-Acceptance & Authenticity
Kim Basler is a Women’s Self-Trust & Empowerment Coach and breathwork facilitator helping women reconnect with themselves and release self-criticism. In this deeply honest keynote, she challenges the pressure to constantly “improve” and invites women to start exactly where they are — reminding us that we don’t need to change to be worthy of showing up fully in our lives.
